I recently got this in a swap!
Revlon Royal Cloak - 2 medium coats. The flecks show up pretty well IRL, but not as clearly as these photos (since I use flash). Nice, easy to use formula, though.
Comparison: Revlon Royal Cloak and Zoya Neeka - I know some people were curious about these two, so here's the comp. I love Zoya Neeka! You can see it has gold flecks compared to the Revlon, and again, they show up better in my pics than IRL. Both are pretty.
Comparison: Revlon Royal Cloak and OPI Funky Dunkey - And to give you an idea of the base colour, Revlon is quite a bit brighter than the Zoya when you look at it next to OPI FD.
Personally, I prefer the Zoya because it's dustier, but the Revlon is also quite nice :)
Hope that helps someone!

This is gorgous! I've been on the fence in regards to whether or not I want to buy it, but you sold me on it. I think I need Neeka too ;)
ReplyDeleteSoooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteThese are all so super pretty! I'm really in love with Royal Cloak! <3 That is such a gorgeous detail photo!
ReplyDeleteRevlon has really stepped up their game lately, and this polish is an excellent example of that! There is not one polish out there that is quite like Royal Cloak. It looks amazing on you!
ReplyDeleteI love it! I bet it would look pretty amazing matte!
ReplyDeleteOoo, interesting idea, Nic...
ReplyDeleteI agree! Revlon has some great polishes out. I just wish their bottle didn't look so... old school, LOL. I know some people love it, but it just makes me cock my head once in a while XD
ReplyDeleteThanks! I have a weakness for polishes with some flakie shimmer in it :9
ReplyDeleteIf you can only get one, get Neeka! I hope you can still find the Revlon!
ReplyDeleteNeeka is super pretty, I also prefer it, but the Revlon is nice too. Do you have Orly Velvet Rope? It seems to me it is a little bit similar too.
ReplyDeleteRoyal Cloak is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for the comparisons.
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower btw, I am absolutely loving your blog! :)
