Kiko 345 and topped with Lynnderella Love, Lace and Lilacs

I picked up this polish when Kiko debuted state-side earlier this year. I've worn it a few times since then, but only took pictures of it this week so I could update my nail polish spreadsheet!

I love the bottle shape of Kiko polishes. The brush is a bit stiffer than I'm used to, and is a little less wide than OPI. The formula itself is nice and creamy, if not a tad thick. I may thin it a bit next time I go to use it. Opaque in two coats is pretty great, especially for a mint like this.

Kiko 345 (2 coats)

I purchased this (among many other mint green polishes) in hopes of finding a dupe (or better) of American Apparel Office (which takes 3 coats for opacity, and I hate the super long brush stem)

Kiko 345 is not a dead on dupe for the AA, but it is the closest I've found, and I think I actually prefer it to AA Office. AA Office is long gone from my stash now, but I posted this swatchstick comparison picture back in March:

For my second day, I topped it off with Lynnderella for my NOTD:

  1. It is very very pretty! Considering the wide range of colors and the price (here in Italy I got them at 1,00€ at times!), the Kiko polishes are great.
One thing I have to say, though, is that they don't last long on me... Do you have the same issue?

  2. Oooooh I'm going to have to see if I still have this! I never could find a base for VPV that I was happy with, so I gotta try it! I still come back to your original posts when I'm looking for layering combos for Lynns!!

And is that Pinterest board all the polishes you have left?!?! O.O I'm jealous of your herd-culling skills!! <3

  3. My bottle of VPV is from the original (mass) release, I think. I know I had bought a backup in the new square bottles when she released those, and the new one was way less pretty. Do you know which one you have?
Yes, that Pinterest board is about all I have left! maybe 5 others I haven't swatched yet, but yeah my stash is getting super tiny!!

  4. Girl, I've got both! I bought the original from Lynn and then bought the set in the square bottles later. I don't think I've ever used the square bottle one, but I couldn't figure out a good base for the original skinny bottle so I've never worn it!! :(

  5. I haven't really noticed these being particularly bad or good in terms of wear time on me... But a lot of it is down to personal chemistry :/

  6. Yeah, I think that my "nail chemistry" sucks then xD Unfortunately, a lot of nail polishes don't last long on me :S But the Kiko ones chip like after two hours O_o
